Created in 2021 and lead by its shareholding founder, Ziad Minkara, CDS Groupe built itself around the universe of hotel and travel business, by embracing all its complexities and rapid evolutions, by bringing the service awaited by the market, and by meeting at 360° the needs of his company clients and TMCs: a reservation platform with a complete accommodation solution offer, an accompaniment, pertinent content, payment and reporting solutions, as well as custom-made developments.

Its unique position allows CDS Groupe to meet the needs of all sectors of activity and company sizes that favour the control of their budget and hotel expenses.

In 2022, CDS Groupe acquired Goelett, an online reservation tool dedicated to TMC.

The acquisition of Goelett by CDS Groupe is perfectly in line with its strategy aiming to accelerate the company’s growth by strengthening its French leadership and technological consolidation. This acquisition henceforth positions the group as a french leader in terms of technological integration in the hotel and business travel sector, in service of companies such as TMCs.

In 2023, CDS Groupe entered the German market with the acquisition of CRC (Corporate Rate Club) to meet the market demand for business accommodation solutions and services.

This acquisition aims to reinforce the execution of the strategy and strengthens CDS Groupe’s global position in Europe, which now covers France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Croatia.
