Following numerous acquisitions over recent years, CDS has reached a new milestone: the creation of a holding company designed to unite all the group’s brands under a single identity: S4BT – Solutions for Business Travel.
With the launch of S4BT – Solutions for Business Travel, a new chapter begins in shaping the European business travel landscape. The group now brings together six strategic brands—CDS, Goelett, Corporate Rates Club (CRC), Travel Media Solution (TMS), SIAP, and Methodica—under one umbrella, with a clear ambition to become the European market leader.
Driven by sustained growth in recent years, S4BT today manages an annual booking volume exceeding €800 million, operates in five European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Croatia), and employs over 450 professionals. This strategic consolidation aims to deliver integrated, technology-agnostic, and innovative solutions covering the entire business travel value chain.
