CDS, the French leader in hotel booking and payment solutions for corporate clients and travel management companies (TMCs), has announced the acquisition of SIAP, a historic Italian company with over 40 years of experience in developing software for the tourism and business sector.
As part of the deal, SIAP, whose ERP software is used by over 1,000 Italian TMCs, will join the Group but remain autonomous, with no changes in terms of management structure or brand.
